Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Method & Delivery Time We ship all orders via DHL Express from China. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United States: 4–6 business days
- Other international destinations: delivery times may vary
Shipping Rates A flat shipping rate applies to all orders. Orders over $100 USD qualify for free shipping automatically at checkout.
Duties & Taxes All applicable import duties and taxes are covered by PAXZEN. You will not be charged any additional customs fees upon delivery.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your DHL tracking number.
